You may cancel service at anytime by contacting us and requesting cancellation of services. Your service will cancel/terminate within 2 business days of notifying us.
We maintain a policy of no refunds. Due to the month-to-month, cancel anytime nature of this agreement we shall not be compelled to issue a refund, pro-rated or otherwise for any reason. We do reserve the right to issue a refund on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

What if I only need occasional support?
Many people like to manage their own WordPress site and only need occasional help. What are your hourly rates?
All current clients receive a discounted hourly rate of $100/hr for web development or marketing services. Our professional plans and enterprise plans have some time built in for these services.
Do you have a reseller or affiliate program?
Not at this time. That being said, most developers we know want to do development work – not maintenance. We do love referrals and work as an extension of many developers services. We keep all of your client’s websites up and running great, the developers keep their relationships with partners & clients.
